Terms overview

These Terms summarize the rules for using OBD2 Codes | Repair Guide by 2upe apps on Android and iOS. The app is an automotive OBD2/DTC reference and repair guide for general reference and educational or informational use.

It is not a physical OBD scanner, does not connect to a vehicle, and is not a professional diagnostic tool. It does not replace a qualified mechanic, vehicle service manual, or manufacturer instructions. Privacy and data handling are described in the Privacy Policy.

نظرة عامة على الشروط

تلخّص هذه الشروط قواعد استخدام تطبيق أكواد OBD2 | دليل الإصلاح من 2upe apps على Android وiOS. التطبيق دليل مرجعي وإصلاحي لأكواد الأعطال التشخيصية OBD2/DTC للاستخدام المرجعي العام والتعليمي أو المعلوماتي.

وهو ليس جهاز فحص OBD مادياً، ولا يتصل بالمركبة، وليس أداة تشخيص مهنية. ولا يحل محل ميكانيكي مؤهّل أو دليل خدمة المركبة أو تعليمات الشركة المصنّعة. تفاصيل الخصوصية ومعالجة البيانات موضّحة في سياسة الخصوصية.

Nature of the app

The app provides OBD2/DTC reference information and general repair guidance for informational use. It does not connect to a vehicle or read live vehicle data unless a later version adds that. Repair guidance is educational and may not fit every vehicle.

DTC meanings, symptoms, and guidance may vary by vehicle, model year, market, manufacturer, and scan tool. The app does not automatically diagnose your vehicle, confirm failed parts, or guarantee repair outcomes. You are responsible for safe vehicle operation and repair decisions. Do not use the app while driving.

طبيعة التطبيق

يوفّر التطبيق معلومات مرجعية عن OBD2/DTC وإرشادات إصلاح عامة للاستخدام المعلوماتي. لا يتصل التطبيق بالمركبة ولا يقرأ بيانات المركبة المباشرة ما لم يُضِف إصدار لاحق ذلك. إرشادات الإصلاح تعليمية وقد لا تناسب كل مركبة.

قد تختلف معاني أكواد الأعطال التشخيصية والأعراض والإرشادات حسب المركبة وسنة الطراز والسوق والشركة المصنّعة وأداة الفحص. لا يشخّص التطبيق مركبتك تلقائياً، ولا يؤكّد القطعة التالفة، ولا يضمن نتائج الإصلاح. تبقى مسؤولاً عن تشغيل المركبة بأمان وعن قرارات الإصلاح. لا تستخدم التطبيق أثناء القيادة.

Safety and responsibility

There are no repair guarantees. A diagnostic trouble code does not guarantee identification of the exact failed part. Verify issues with qualified professionals and official vehicle documentation before repairs.

Emissions systems, safety systems, airbags, brakes, steering, high-voltage or hybrid systems, and similar systems require extra caution and professional service. The app does not instruct users to bypass safety, emissions, or legal requirements. You assume responsibility for how you use this information, to the extent allowed by law.

السلامة والمسؤولية

لا توجد ضمانات للإصلاح. لا يضمن ظهور كود عطل تشخيصي تحديد القطعة التالفة بدقة. تحقّق من المشكلات مع متخصصين مؤهّلين ووثائق المركبة الرسمية قبل الإصلاح.

تتطلب أنظمة الانبعاثات وأنظمة السلامة والوسائد الهوائية والمكابح والتوجيه والأنظمة عالية الجهد أو الهجينة وما شابهها حذراً إضافياً وخدمة مهنية. لا يوجّه التطبيق المستخدمين لتجاوز متطلبات السلامة أو الانبعاثات أو المتطلبات القانونية. تتحمّل مسؤولية كيفية استخدامك لهذه المعلومات، في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.

Local and offline use

Core DTC lookup uses bundled local content. No account is required for core lookup, and no cloud sync is currently implemented. Privacy and data handling details are controlled by the Privacy Policy.

Features such as VIN lookup, Bluetooth or ELM327 scanning, AI mechanic, or recalls are not active in the current version unless separately released later.

الاستخدام المحلي ودون اتصال

يعتمد البحث الأساسي عن أكواد الأعطال التشخيصية على محتوى محلي مضمّن. لا يلزم حساب لاستخدام البحث الأساسي، ولا توجد حالياً مزامنة سحابية. تخضع تفاصيل الخصوصية ومعالجة البيانات لسياسة الخصوصية.

ميزات مثل البحث بـ VIN أو المسح عبر Bluetooth أو ELM327 أو ميكانيكي الذكاء الاصطناعي أو الاستدعاءات غير مفعّلة في الإصدار الحالي ما لم تُصدَر لاحقاً بشكل منفصل.

Ads and in-app purchases

When ads are enabled, they may appear only on allowed non-critical surfaces. Legal, privacy, disclaimer, settings, details, and other critical trust screens remain ad-free by policy.

Remove Ads is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase (product ID remove_ads) that removes normal display ads only. Remove Ads does not unlock better diagnostic accuracy, extra DTC data, professional advice, or repair guarantees.

Purchases and refunds are handled by your app store under that store's policies. There is no subscription, Pro tier, paid AI tier, or content paywall for core DTC lookup unless later explicitly approved. A store product may be unavailable on a platform until that store has approved and made it live.

الإعلانات والمشتريات داخل التطبيق

عند تفعيل الإعلانات، قد تظهر فقط على الأسطح غير الحرجة المسموح بها. تبقى الشاشات القانونية والخصوصية وإخلاء المسؤولية والإعدادات وتفاصيل الأكواد وغيرها من شاشات الثقة الحرجة خالية من الإعلانات وفق السياسة.

إزالة الإعلانات شراء لمرة واحدة غير قابل للاستهلاك داخل التطبيق (معرّف المنتج remove_ads) يزيل إعلانات العرض العادية فقط. إزالة الإعلانات لا تفتح دقة تشخيص أفضل ولا بيانات DTC إضافية ولا استشارة مهنية ولا ضمانات إصلاح.

تُعالَج المشتريات والمبالغ المستردة عبر المتجر وفق سياسات ذلك المتجر. لا يوجد اشتراك أو مستوى Pro أو طبقة ذكاء اصطناعي مدفوعة أو جدار دفع على محتوى البحث الأساسي عن أكواد الأعطال ما لم يُوافَق على ذلك لاحقاً صراحةً. قد يكون منتج المتجر غير متاح على منصة حتى يعتمد ذلك المتجر المنتج ويجعله متاحاً.

Third-party content and licenses

The app may include third-party and open-source content and libraries. License details are available in the app's Licenses screen. Required third-party copyright and license notices remain preserved.

Some terminology, translations, Arabic content, presentation, and wording may be reviewed or updated by the app developers. The app does not claim full ownership of third-party database or source content.

محتوى الطرف الثالث والتراخيص

قد يتضمّن التطبيق محتوىً ومكتبات من طرف ثالث ومفتوحة المصدر. تتوفر تفاصيل التراخيص في شاشة التراخيص. تبقى إشعارات حقوق النشر والتراخيص المطلوبة للطرف الثالث محفوظة.

قد تُراجع أو تُحدَّث بعض المصطلحات والترجمات والمحتوى العربي والعرض والصياغة بواسطة مطوّري التطبيق. لا يدّعي التطبيق ملكية كاملة لمحتوى قاعدة بيانات الطرف الثالث أو المحتوى المصدري.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse app content for unsafe repairs or unsafe vehicle operation.
• Do not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute app content contrary to applicable law or licenses.
• Do not reverse engineer or misuse the app except where allowed by law or open-source licenses.
• Do not use app content to bypass safety, emissions, or legal requirements.

الاستخدام المقبول

• لا تُسيء استخدام محتوى التطبيق لإصلاحات غير آمنة أو تشغيل غير آمن للمركبة.
• لا تنسخ محتوى التطبيق ولا تُعِد بيعه ولا تكشطه ولا تعيد توزيعه بما يخالف القانون أو التراخيص المعمول بها.
• لا تُجرِ هندسة عكسية للتطبيق ولا تُسيء استخدامه إلا حيث يسمح القانون أو تراخيص المصادر المفتوحة بذلك.
• لا تستخدم محتوى التطبيق لتجاوز متطلبات السلامة أو الانبعاثات أو المتطلبات القانونية.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided as is to the extent allowed by law. There are no warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent allowed by law.

To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for damages, repair costs, vehicle damage, injuries, inspection failure, legal penalties, lost data, or other losses arising from use of the information. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so your rights may vary.

إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق كما هو في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون. لا توجد ضمانات للدقة أو الاكتمال أو الملاءمة لغرض معيّن، في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمل الجهة المطوّرة المسؤولية عن الأضرار أو تكاليف الإصلاح أو تلف المركبة أو الإصابات أو فشل الفحص أو العقوبات القانونية أو فقدان البيانات أو غيرها من الخسائر الناشئة عن استخدام المعلومات. بعض الولايات القضائية لا تسمح ببعض الاستثناءات؛ لذا قد تختلف حقوقك.

Changes and availability

These Terms may be updated. Continued use after material legal updates may require accepting the updated Privacy Policy and Terms on next launch. The app may be updated, changed, or discontinued.

Governing law and jurisdiction are not specified in this version.

التغييرات والتوفّر

قد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط. قد يتطلب الاستمرار في الاستخدام بعد تحديثات قانونية جوهرية قبول سياسة الخصوصية والشروط المحدّثة عند التشغيل التالي. قد يُحدَّث التطبيق أو يُغيَّر أو يُوقَف.
